Basic how-tos

This is a list of basic how-tos to help with the basic features of IW.

All guides either start from the:

• Current game page - The page you first land on when you navigate to IW, sometimes called "MainForm"
• World Browser - The page that has your worlds at the top, also contains the default worlds and community worlds
• World Editor (Edit world) - The page where you can build and edit worlds

The first 2 guides are basic navigational aids that will be referenced at the start of many of the guides.

How to get to the 'World browser' from the 'Current game page'

1. First, at the top right of the page, click the 'Menu' button, above the credits count, this opens the 'Main menu'

2. The 'Main menu' will open in the centre of the page.

3. Then click the 'Start new adventure / Edit adventure' button. This takes you to the 'World browser'

How to get to the 'World editor' from the 'World browser'

Once you're on the 'World browser' you can scroll down and find the world you'd like to edit. Not all worlds can be edited, this is usually because the world has been copied from the community worlds area, and the original author has not given permission to edit it.

1. Find the world you wish to edit

2. Mouse over to the 'Edit' button, this will take you to the 'World editor' page for that world
