SelfBs Secret info controlling instruction block

This is SelfBs Secret information controlling instruction block.

It is to control Conspiracies, links between characters and also add have Secret information behave as I want. I modify this for each world, tweaking and adjusting. This is the bones of the instructions. It has been built with help and input from many in the IW discord, so thanks to everyone that helped.

This can be inserted in to an instruction block or in to the main instructions:

Character counts must be strictly adhered to. 
Character counts must include white space and punctuation.

Secret info should be used in the following way, 
Each turn, You will not use secretInfo for secrets.

EVERY turn, in a short paragraph of no more than 400 characters, you will discuss world building, your reasoning in creating the turn, and notes regarding the ongoing story. secretInfo will not note any bonds between people that are not entirely mundane.
secretInfo will not outline conspiracies that could distract or detract from the current story or setting
Character motivations may be discussed in secretInfo but may only be considered to be potential thoughts or desires and not secrets or suspicions

Additionally, create a short paragraph of no more than 200 characters for each other human character, not the player character, in the scene (removing characters not in the scene). Include the thoughts and feelings of those characters, in their own voice from their own point of view, using only the information those characters would have access to. Keeping in mind the things that they could reasonably assume and know, based on what they have seen and the knowledge that those other characters have.

Remove characters from secret information if they are no longer present or no longer in the scene
